About me
Hi, I’m Bethany, my journey has been shaped by fire, resilience and the quiet healing wisdom of nature. I've overcome substance use struggles, mental health challenges, and a past marked by abandonment at birth, imprisonment, and moments of deep danger and survival. Through it all, nature became my anchor-teaching me how to breathe again, how to reconnect and how to heal as a whole person.
From a young age, I dreamed of creating an apothecary where people could find comfort, support and new ways to heal. Today, that dream lives through my work. I've transformed my lived experiences into purpose, becoming someone who walks beside others on their self-discovery journey with patience, compassion and unwavering belief.
I am dedicated to building a community rooted in acceptance, connection and nonjudgemental support-a place where every person feels seen, heard, supported and free to grow at their own pace. Here, you don't walk your path alone; you walk it with someone who understands and who never gives up building a support system creating a community that supports you through it all.
Now, I help support others, discover their unique journey to healing-one that honors their story, their strength and their connection to nature. Together, we create space for transformation, EarthStarR grounding and inspiring Hope.

EarthStarR offers peer-led, spiritually grounded support for healing, recovery and personal growth, rooted in lived experience, nature-based wisdom and community care.
Services are integrative and whole-person, blending peer support, recovery coaching, spiritual guidance, nature-based healing, creative expression and community building. All offerings are trauma-informed, non-clinical, and consent-based, meeting individuals and communities where they are while honoring each person’s unique path to grounding, alignment and healing.

EarthStarR offers a grounded, heart-centered presence at markets, faires, pop-ups and community gatherings, creating a welcoming space where creativity, healing and connection naturally unfold.
Our vendor space features a thoughtfully curated selection of spiritual products and tools, alongside handcrafted offerings created with care. These include items that support intentional living, ritual, creativity, and nervous system regulation — such as crystals, incense, resins, instruments, adornments and nature-inspired pieces — sourced both from trusted vendors and made by hand.
In addition to retail offerings, EarthStarR provides intuitive henna tattoos and spiritual hair wraps, offered as meaningful expressions of intention, identity and personal transformation. All services are provided in a calm, consent-based and nonjudgmental environment.
EarthStarR also shares flow arts performance, bringing mindful movement, rhythm and embodied expression into the space. These performances invite presence, play and connection, honoring movement as a form of healing and creative release.
