At EarthStarR, each product, service, and offering is shared with care, intention and respect for the healing journey. Because of the nature of our work, the following refund policy helps ensure clarity and fairness for everyone.

🛍️ Physical Products

  • All sales are final on spiritual tools, ritual items, apothecary goods, crystals, incense, resins, instruments, adornments and other retail products.

  • Due to the personal, energetic and hygienic nature of many items, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can make it right.

🌿 Handcrafted & Custom Items

  • Custom orders and handcrafted items are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Please review descriptions carefully and reach out with questions before ordering — we are always happy to help guide your selection.

🎟️ Workshops, Events & Retreats

  • Registration fees for workshops, events, and retreats are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, credit toward a future EarthStarR offering may be provided at our discretion when notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for credit.

🌀 Services, Consulting & Speaking Engagements

  • Fees for services, consulting, facilitation or speaking engagements are non-refundable once booked.

  • Rescheduling may be possible depending on notice given and availability.

  • Deposits, when required, are non-refundable.

We understand that life happens, especially for those navigating healing and recovery. While this policy is necessary for sustainability, we encourage open communication.
