My passion and purpose is to support others in finding their own path to healing, growth and recovery. Finding their own path to an All Recovery Rysing Journey.

I walk alongside individuals as they explore what works for them — offering tools, experiences and support that honor each person’s unique journey.

As I continue on my own path of healing and growth, I’m always learning, expanding and bringing new skills, practices and perspectives into the work I share with others.

How It All Started

What began as a small dream in 1990 has grown into a passion and purpose — creating a nature-based business that supports others in their healing and recovery journey.

Through connection to nature, shared experiences and personal growth, this work is about helping people reconnect with themselves and discover their own path forward.

My Journey

I’ve walked through some of the hardest parts of life — facing addiction, mental health challenge, and experiences that once broke me.

Through it all, I found support, guidance and inspiration from people who believed in me, from community and from the grounding wisdom of nature. Going back to basic's learning how connected we are to nature and how it can support our health and well-being.

Those experiences shaped the work I do today and continue to guide how I show up for others.

Why I Do This Work

This journey has shown me the power of nature, the support of herbal practices and the grounding that can come from spiritual connection.

Today, I share what has supported me most — walking alongside others and offering guidance as they discover their own path to healing, growth and wholeness.

My purpose is to create a space where compassion, nature and community come together — a place where no one has to face their journey alone.

What EarthStarR Offers

EarthStarR is a space for whole-person healing — mind, body and soul.

Through retreats, workshops, one-on-one support, community and thoughtfully created herbal, spiritual and handmade products, I offer a variety of tools and experiences to support your journey.

My approach blends non-traditional practices like movement, nature-based experiences and creative expression with familiar tools such as CBT, DBT and other evidence-based techniques.

You are not expected to follow one path here.

About EarthStarR

EarthStarR was born from a life shaped by loss, resilience and deep inner work.

After being relinquished at birth and adopted, my path included trauma, disconnection, addiction, incarceration, mental health challenges and physical decline.

Real recovery began not through willpower alone, but through understanding — receiving proper mental health support, learning to work with the nervous system, reconnecting with the body, open to all perspectives and finding care that honored the whole person.

Through that process, EarthStarR emerged as a living practice — grounded in nature, supported by evidence-based tools and guided by personal and spiritual alignment. Healing the EarthStarR Chakra with reconnecting with who you are beneath outside influence — through grounding, reflection and deeper inner work.

Healing took shape through approaches such as CBT, DBT, art therapy, sylvotherapy, creative expression, breath, sound and reconnection to self. Over time, physical health improved, addiction loosened its hold and a deeper sense of purpose began to grow.

EarthStarR reflects that journey — from grounding and survival to growth, alignment and meaning.

EarthStarR operates under RavVenStarR LLC, a foundational space rooted in love, loss, devotion and spirit. Every offering is guided by compassion, integrity and lived experience, with the understanding that healing is not linear — but it is possible.

Mr. RavVen

Mr. RavVen chose me as a kitten and shared his life with me for almost 19 years until he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. He taught me so much and showed me unconditional love chosing me as his human. We shared almost 2 decades tackling life getting through it all together. Today he has become my StarR and guide. Everything I do today is dedicated to Mr. RavVen my Soulcat who saved my life and will never be forgotten.

My business name is RavVenStarR LLC dedicated to Mr. RavVen. Today he has lead me to start EarthStarR my first DBA under my guiding StarR.

Mr. RavVen you are forever missed and never forgotten. I will love you always until we meet again you will remain in my heart every minute of every day.

RavVenStarR was born from love,

EarthStarR grew from that same root—
