This is one-on-one support designed to meet you where you are.

I offer peer-led guidance rooted in lived experience, along with nature-based practices and practical tools to support your healing, recovery and personal growth.

Together, we focus on helping you reconnect with yourself, build tools that work for you and move forward at your own pace — in a space that is supportive, grounded and nonjudgmental.

Community Education, Workshops & Speaking

EarthStarR provides peer-led workshops, trainings and speaking engagements grounded in lived experience and compassionate understanding.

These spaces are created to support learning, open conversation and connection within communities, nonprofits and public settings.

Topics may include:

• Recovery and peer support

• Mental health awareness

• Justice involvement and reentry

• Adoption and relinquishment

• Eating disorder recovery and body healing

• Spiritual resilience and grounding

Offerings can be adapted to fit your needs, including workshops, panels, trainings, retreats and community events.

Coaching, Mentorship & Spiritual Guidance

This is one-on-one support for those looking to grow, find clarity, and reconnect with themselves.

My approach is rooted in lived experience, accountability, and helping you build trust in your own decisions and direction. This is not about telling you what to do — it’s about supporting you as you explore what works for you.

Spiritual guidance is non-denominational and client-led, offering space for reflection, meaning, and deeper connection.

Practices may include:

• Spiritual exploration and intuitive awareness

Nature, Creative & Experiential Healing

Healing through movement, expression and connection.

These offerings invite you to step outside of traditional approaches and into experiences that support grounding, emotional release and reconnection — with yourself, others and the natural world.

Sylvotherapy (Forest Therapy)
Guided nature experiences that support emotional regulation, stress reduction, creative expression, connection with nature and a deeper sense of grounding.

Drum Circles & Sound-Based Experiences
Facilitated group rhythm and sound experiences that encourage connection, expression and shared healing through movement and vibration.

Creative & Expressive Healing
Art-based and experiential practices that support emotional processing, self-expression and personal empowerment.

Flow Arts & Movement Expression
Practices such as hula hooping, poi, whip, levitation wand, qigong, wancing and ecstatic movement support coordination, focus and embodied expression.
These experiences invite play, presence and connection while using rhythm and movement as tools for grounding, regulation and release.

Specialty & Marketplace Offerings

Spiritual and handcrafted offerings available at markets, fairs, pop-ups and community events.

A central part of this work is intuitive, spiritually guided henna, often paired with a card pull or pendulum reading. Each design is created with intention, offering a unique and personal experience rooted in reflection, expression and meaning.

All henna is handcrafted in small batches using a traditional Indian recipe, carefully prepared over 72 hours. I use thoughtfully selected ingredients, so you know exactly what is being applied to your skin — creating a safer, more natural alternative to many pre-made or commercial products.

In addition to henna, EarthStarR offers a variety of artisan and spiritual items:

• Intuitive henna tattoo and body adornment

• Divination (oracle cards, pendulum, intuitive reflection)

• Artwork and handcrafted goods

• Herbal teas, apothecary and spiritual items

• Custom orders

These offerings are primarily available at in-person events, with select items and services available by request.

Note: These offerings are separate from peer support and recovery-based services.

EarthStarR hosts live virtual circles where people can come together in a relaxed, welcoming space to share experiences, reflect and support one another.

Each circle may center around themes like grounding, recovery, mental health, spirituality, nature or creative expression — while still leaving space for participants to bring what’s real for them.

These circles are:

• Peer-led and trauma-informed

• Open to all lived experiences and paths

• Focused on whole-person healing

• Grounded in practical tools and shared learning

This is a space where you can show up as you are — without pressure, judgment or expectation.

These circles are not therapy, but they are a place for connection, support and community.
