EarthStarR provides Wisconsin-certified peer support and recovery coaching for individuals navigating mental health challenges, substance use recovery, justice involvement and life transitions.

Support is:

• Non-clinical and trauma-informed

• Empowerment-focused and relationship-based

• Informed by CBT, DBT, ACT and recovery principles

Sessions may integrate coaching, grounding practices, nature-based tools and creative expression based on individual needs.

Community Education, Workshops & Speaking

Peer-led education rooted in lived experience

EarthStarR offers workshops, trainings, and speaking engagements for community programs, nonprofits and public audiences.

Topics include:

• Recovery & peer support

• Adoption & relinquishment

• Eating disorder recovery & body healing

• Spiritual resilience & grounding

EarthStarR offers 1:1 coaching and mentoring rooted in lived experience, accountability and self-trust. Spiritual life coaching is non-denominational and client-led, supporting individuals seeking meaning, balance and reconnection.

These are separate from peer and recovery services.

Community Support & Live Circles

Peer-led, drop-in live spaces for connection, reflection and shared healing.

EarthStarR hosts live virtual support circles designed to bring people together in a relaxed, welcoming space. These circles are peer-led and focus on shared experience, open discussion and mutual support rather than teaching, fixing or diagnosing.

Each live circle centers around a general theme—such as grounding, recovery, mental health, spirituality, nature-based healing or creative expression—but participants are encouraged to share what works for them, ask questions and learn from one another.

These spaces:

• Are peer-led and trauma-informed

• Welcome lived experience and diverse paths to healing

• Emphasize whole-person recovery (mind, body, spirit)

• Integrate principles of CBT, DBT, ACT, sylvotherapy and art therapy in accessible, real-life ways

This is an alternative to traditional recovery meetings that focus only on substance use or a single pathway. EarthStarR circles recognize that healing happens holistically and in community.

These circles are not therapy or clinical treatment, but supportive, educational and connection-based spaces.
