The Birth of EarthStarR

EarthStarR was not created as a business idea.
It was born as a response.

A response to a lifetime of disconnection that began at birth—being relinquished, adopted and growing up with an unspoken sense of not fully belonging. A response to years of moving through life carrying trauma without language, support or understanding. A response to addiction, incarceration, untreated mental illness and a body that eventually could no longer carry the weight of survival alone.

For a long time, I believed recovery meant “doing better” or “trying harder.” But true healing didn’t begin until I received proper mental health diagnosis and support. Once my mind began to make sense, recovery slowly followed. When my nervous system learned safety, my spirit could finally breathe.

At one point, my physical health had declined so deeply that I relied on a walker and weighed over 340 pounds. Healing required more than willpower—it required the right doctors, the right tools, and the right kind of support. It required learning how to work with my body instead of against it.

I began integrating evidence-informed practices like CBT, DBT and ACT. I returned to nature and discovered the regulating power of the earth through sylvotherapy. I reconnected with creativity, sound, breath and art as pathways for expression and release. I reclaimed spiritual practices that grounded rather than bypassed reality—Reiki, chakra alignment and intentional grounding.

Slowly, healing took root.

As I healed, a deeper understanding emerged: recovery is not just about abstaining from substances or surviving systems. It is about integration—mind, body, spirit and lived experience working together. It is about grounding before expanding. It is about learning how to feel safe enough to exist fully.

That is where EarthStarR came to life.

The concept of EarthStarR is rooted in the chakra system—beginning below the feet, in grounding, safety and belonging. From the EarthStar, we build upward: stabilizing the nervous system, reconnecting to the body, aligning the heart and voice and eventually expanding toward higher awareness and purpose. Healing moves from survival to alignment, from fragmentation to wholeness.

EarthStarR exists to offer what I once needed and could not find in one place: peer-led, spiritually grounded, non-clinical support that honors the whole person.

This work is informed by lived experience and professional training, by time spent inside systems and alongside community, by grief and love, loss and devotion. EarthStarR operates under RavVenStarR LLC—the foundational “mothership” named in honor of my soulmate companion, Mr. RavVen, whose presence, loyalty and spirit continue to guide this work beyond the physical realm.

EarthStarR is not about fixing people.
It is about walking with them.

It is about grounding first, then aligning.
It is about community, not hierarchy.
It is about offering tools, space and presence—so people can rediscover their own inner guidance.
